I have a 2018 Wrangler JLU Sport S. I have a local dealership offering to install brand new 2018 rubicon takeoffs (wheels + tires), which includes:

1) Switching over the TPMS from my current wheels into the new wheels
2) Installing the new wheels themselves
3) Alignment service
4) Flashing/reprogramming the vehicle after the new (larger) wheels are on

for $2000. I haven't seen anyone near my area (Orlando, FL) selling rubicon takeoffs, so when factoring in potential travel time and all that jazz, I am thinking this is a good deal. Am I right on this?

Depends how patient you are. It can be found much cheaper on Craigslist and Discount Tire will swap them out, including TPMS for $0-$100 (I say $0 as if you have a good relationship for one they won't charge you sometimes). You can find the Rubi takeoffs for $1,000-$1,400 pretty regularly.

For the new wheels and tires you do not need an alignment and you do not need a re-calibration. I ran them on mine and my speedo was off maybe 1-2mph at 70mph. It wasn't until I went to 315/70/17's that I had it re-calibrated as it was off like 6mph at 70mph.
