Is this a bent axle flange or warped rotor?

3.0 Rubicon, 20k miles, about 2000 miles of which have been off-road on every surface and at every speed you can think of. I started getting vastly increased driveline noise from the rear axle after swapping back to my 37s from 35” snows. No rotor squeaks or pedal pulsations involved but there’s a small shudder when nearing a full stop and a speed-dependent hum at the rear. I jacked up the rear end to free-spin the wheels. The brake binds at only one part of the rotation, stopping the wheels from spinning on their own. E-brake function looks fine. I put a pencil tip right at the machined face of the brake discs with the wheels off and found an increased rotating deflection which is replicated on both the wheel studs and the rotor hub/hat. There is increased pad wear on one half of each pad, not surprisingly. Given the deflection affects all three components, I’m assuming that leads back to the axle shaft flange? Is there anything else I should consider before swapping the shafts?
