Have you had issues with yours without lift? I’m running stock JLUR suspension (wish I could lift but can’t because of where I park) and haven’t had any rubbingI don't think the actual size matters much, even the small 315/70 KO2's dont really fit without a lift.
This picture says it all about the 2" liftThis was his rig right after the lift was installed - compared to stock it is much more than 2 inches. I didn’t do the install but guys that did said it was over 3 inches in added height.
Same, on a sportI easily got over 3" on mine installed.
The difference is that one tire is under load and the other isn’t. To compare them take them off and set them at the same exact pressure. The comparison as it stands right now is meaningless. You have photos? It’s so weird because compared to stock 33s the 315/70 looks so, so much bigger and people told me they were true 35s now keep reading they’re 34 or less - how can less than an inch of tire be so much larger?
The rears will rub under full flex.Have you had issues with yours without lift? I’m running stock JLUR suspension (wish I could lift but can’t because of where I park) and haven’t had any rubbing
I got 3.75 inches in the front and 3.25 in the rear. One thing to note. Most 37' tires measure at just over 35" and most 35' tires are actually usually just over 33". I started out with 35's with the stock Rubi suspension. Tires would fully articulate and only just barely rub in the right rear. The Jeep looked too low though and I got a killer deal on a Mopar lift ($850) so we installed it. I got way more than the 2" and my 35's looked like the Jeep skipped leg day so I went to 37's. (which measure out to 35.5"
I got it from a guy who ordered it and his JL was in the shop so long that he decided to trade it in. lolwell, hook us up too on the Mopar lift and where to get them that cheap
