Is 392 shocks fit & more rough on JLU Willys?

Sorry if i over look for the thread. I'm going to change my Willys (Rubicon shocks) to Fox 392 shocks and i have two questions would need your idea as below:

1. Do i need to change other parts like Springs & SwayBar...too?
2. Does it will more rough since the 392 is more heavier than Willys?
