Is 2019 Rubicon a no-brainer at $45k vs Sport S $37k?

I was looking for a Sport S with the following config:
  • 2018
  • Tech pkg
  • Safety pkg
  • Convenience pkg
  • Hard top
Got it at $36.5k... Out the door $40k
But the all season tires look not so great. Also without a lift looks so-so. The dealer priced me at $46k out the door with a lift and new set of 35 inch tires.

Then I saw 3 Rubicons - $44.8 out the door $49
  • 2019
  • Already lifted (albeit 33 tires vs 35)
  • Alpine audio with bigger screen
  • Heated seats /steering
  • Remote start
  • Garage door opener
  • Soft top
For $9k more I'm jumping from a Sport S with no lift & $3k more than a factory installed S which doesn't void the warranty.

Isn't the Rubicon a no - brainer then?
I would go for the Rubicon!
