iPhone update and CarPlay

I updated my iPhone yesterday and now it absolutely won’t connect with CarPlay in Uconnect. Is this a bug or am I the only one?

What version are you running? I'm running 12.3.1 with an update to 12.4. I have NOT done the update yet... so I'm wonderin...

Of course I could always pull the trigger on the update to see what happens...

I’m running 12.4 and seems to work fine for me.

I updated yesterday to 12.4. Nothing I’ve tried so far will connect the two. Worked fine prior to the update.

try turning your phone off and back on that usually fixes most issues we  see with CarPlay

go into CarPlay on your phone, delete Uconnect (forget this car) and try to pair again.

A resolution- the update caused the Bluetooth connection in the Jeep to believe it was on steroids. Bluetooth would not relinquish the connection to CarPlay even after I had shutdown and restarted Bluetooth on the phone. I had to turn off the Jeep, turn off Bluetooth, then reconnect. Works okay now.
