Intermittent Light Knock Front End

I have an intermittent light knock what sounds like it is coming from the drivers side. Happens sporadically but always under 10MPH. I recently added spacers and rotated tires, but I have double checked everything and there are no issues. Thought maybe a wheel is out of balance, but I would feel it if it was. Everything drives fine... any ideas?

It's definitely the wheel spacers! Just kidding. Did this noise happen before or after the spacers? look at this thread
