Interior cargo rack that work with soft top folded down

Looking for a rear interior cargo rack for a JLU that works with the factory soft top folded down. I've looked at a ton of them and most say you cannot fold down the soft top with them on, which is the biggest issue. Some minor fabrication or modification would not be an issue....but don't want to spend a bunch of money and have to rebuild the whole thing.

Any suggestions on one that would work as-is, or has anybody modified one to work with the retracted factory soft top?
