Well, the zerks fell out a few of them and I assume filled up with water and other debris. After that, driving for a bit would cause them to creak very loud when I turned the wheel. So yeah they were shot. Noise went away when I replaced them. Oh and the zerks I replaced once but always kept coming unscrewed and falling out.

Here’s a video of them creaking.

Ok yea I think they are brass bushings instead of plastic like stock so if anything gets in there it's not good. I will put some thread locker on mine. Thanks for the info.

Driver side did not go smoothly. Knuckle was stuck on the lower ball joint spindle. Hammered so hard the ball joint started to move down out of the axle C.

A lot of heat on the knuckle finally did the trick. BJ spindle is a bit looser than I’d like but a rebuild kit for the BJ will have to wait.

Also, put on the apex power steering cooler today. Sorta a pita with fitment for my bumper set up but finally got it in at an angle. Hard to see in picture down behind the winch.

Fordyce creek trail. Took some damage. Not many pictures of my Jeep.

Rear pinion seal is leaking. Metalcloak diff skid somehow bent up and bent the silver piece of the flange. Already bought a new seal but might need a flange as well. Not sure yet.

And body damage 😬

New cover on. Stock had a nice dent. I always thought the metalcloak skid would protect it so never bothered with a cover. Almost screwed me.

New pinion seal also on and good to go
