Instruction to route cables within driver roll cage panels

I could not find instruction to route cables in driver/center roll cage panels (see image). Anyone know if there is a video or post somewhere?

Because I'm wondering if the top panel, where the handle/belt is, can be removed.

I need to route a cable from top to under the driver seat.

Were you able to route that cable through there? I need to do the same and wondering how difficult it is.
