Has anyone installed this set from KC? I received this from KC, and it is not exactly what it claims. It is supposed to have a wiring harness to "plug and play" all 6 lights, but instead it comes with 3 harnesses that do 2 lights each. the amount of wire is insane, and there is way too much of it to conceal in the xross bar, not to mention that I don't want 3 separate switches for one light bar. I plan on ditching the KC harness and wiring the lights daisy chain and land them on my number 1 aux switch replacing the fuse from a 40 amp to a 30 amp. has anyone had any experience with this?
The lights are 50 watts so I am calculating 25 amp draw with all 6, so I am figuring 12 gauge wire with a 30 amp fuse. Photo of the lights installed with out being wired yet.

Thoughts?

Not that it helps but the setup looks good
I really like it.. I wanted to keep old school with the round lights and match the headlights.. I know I'll get it going but I am just hoping that someone has some experience with similar issues..

@Andrew2311 and @KC HiLiTES i am having the same issue I can see how to wire all three of the harnessess to one aux switch but what do I do about all the wires coming from the six lights up top? Way too much cord management to fit nicely down the side of the mounting bar and the length is questionable from those middle lights as well. Is the only solution to daisy chain all 6 lights? If so do I still need the 3 relays because the amps? This just seems so bulky Help!!

Hello Melissa,
Sorry for the confusion with the kit. I will send you a private message here in a few with a diagram and some details on the kit.

I finally wired mine up using 2 switches, as the total amp load of all 6 lights was ~30 amps, and the wire from the lights is only rated for ~20, so I daisy chained 3 to one switch, and 3 to the other sharing a common ground, and I put them to my #3 and #4 aux switches that are both 15 amp. hope this helps.
