Probably for what you want you’ll have to get a Carolina Metal Masters set up then find a holder for it that starches to the ball.

You can buy the Garmin 010-10851-30

and get rid of the suction cup base

Then you need a 17mm ball adapter, I use this adapter from 67d:

and a short arm connected to the CMM grab bar ball mount.

Not sure if there's a product from CMM that has a 17mm ball that would result in needing fewer parts.
