Ok, here's the deal:
I've been wanting a Jeep for AGES, and I think now is the time to bite the bullet.
I live in Southern California and I've narrowed it down to the JLUR Rubicon that I love. What I'm looking for is any input on the deal that I've worked so far.
2018 JL Unlimited Rubicon MSRP $51,215, Invoice $48,296 - Current pricing negotiated: $46,981. Do you guys think there is any or much room for further negotiation?
Secondly, I will be financing the vehicle and will possibly be trading in my current 2013 Toyota Prius C. They are offering me $5500 for it which is on the high end of the KBB trade in value. I'm thinking of selling the car instead (it is paid off). Similar cars are going for ~$8k-$9k on Auto trader. Thoughts on buying the Jeep, financing the whole shehbang and then tossing the profits from the Prius to the finance company?
Thanks all, and I know that this will be the first post of many!
