From the little I see, it looks like a product survey, as opposed to a sales or service experience survey.
Most likely, Stellantis commissioned a third-party survey vendor, in this case InMoment, to collect, tabulate and report the information pertaining your impressions with the vehicle on their behalf.
Using a third-party vendor helps remove any bias that might be introduced by using the Jeep āor Stellantisā names, and makes participants more comfortable with being frank in their responses.
I donāt see anything that looks out of the ordinary.
I can confirm Aldo's theory. My dealer told me to expect one of those surveys when I picked mine up earlier this year, and sure enough it came through. Jeep uses them in part to verify what actual buyers are looking for when shopping among other things.
I filled out the first one. The second one that came a few weeks later I marked as spam.
I don't do surveys. Especially the ones from the dealerships. It really turns me off when they say "you need to give me 5 stars across the board or I'll get fired!"
As for 3rd party product surveys... I work in cybersecurity. Ignore all of them. Ignore any email you get from any address you don't recognize or aren't expecting. Yes some may be very legit. There are enough that aren't to make it just plain not worth it.
Same exact e-mail came in to me this morning. If it's a phishing attempt or spam, it's a pretty good job, looks legit. But I'm lazy, so there's that...
Thanks everyone. I hate Spam unless it comes with eggs. I'm glad I didn't fill it out. @Mocopo I typically don't answer anything. And the "Give me a 5 Star rating" thing drives me crazy. I asked the guy at Peoria Jeep if overfilling the oil twice, not doing a 5 tire rotation was 5 star service. Crickets. @Powelligator that the confirmation I needed.
