I thought I'd show my solution to some inexpensive storage/organization. I've used this style of setup (though with 24 gallon containers) in my full size trucks.
I have a JLU Sport S - no Alpine Sound System (note, I'm not sure you will get the same fit with the sub if you have the alpine system). I found that 2xRubbermaid ActionPacker 8 gallon containers fit well behind the rear seat. I put a Carhartt 14 inch legacy tool bag between them and, even on rough roads, they are held in place given they fit behind the plastic molding (and the pressure provided by the tool bag).
Here is what it looks like:
I store items like tow straps, tie-downs, spare parts (oil filters, extra oil, etc), sunblock, bug spray, water, freeze-dried food etc. The containers can be stacked and will fit in the front passenger seat or rear seat if you need room in the back for transporting something.
