Imogene pass with hitch mounted cargo rack?

Planning a trip to Colorado and have to use a Cargo rack connected to the hitch receiver. I know it’s not ideal... anyone with experience on this road that can let me know if I’ll be dragging? My option is to use one of those receiver drops upside down to raise it about 10”

There's a couple sections that could be close. I bet if you're very careful you can pull it off.

You could do it but it wouldn’t be ideal. You also have to think about the weight on the back end of the Jeep and it will change how it handles. It would make me uncomfortable.
