For that? Unless your brakes currently have excessive wear and tear on them, the answer is no.If I put the Sport wheels and tyres on the Sahara, would I have to change the brakes?
No need to do this with a Sahara, at least not until you're into larger than 37" tires. The Sahara shares the same brakes as the Rubicon. If you're looking to go to 37+ on a Sahara, you're looking at new axels anyway. For that? Unless your brakes currently have excessive wear and tear on them, the answer is no.
However, if you were upgrading to a much larger and heavier wheel&tire combo, I would upgrade the major BRAKING SYSTEM components with beefier parts all around, not just the brakes.
