Does anyone know what this is? It came out from... somewhere when I removed my glove box.

It's smaller than a quarter in diameter and it's very light plastic. I'm wondering if that plastic rail on the left hand side of the glove box is supposed to somehow roll on it. Or if it's just junk...

It slows the glove box down when you open or close it. Mine fell out when doing cabin air filter. Was not too hard to get back in.

This. It goes in that track to the left of the glovebox, that the little arm attached to the box slides up into.

Got it, thanks. I thought that the glove box starting dropping hard. Let's see how handy I am in putting it back in.

EDIT: Once I knew what to look for, it was easy to put it back
