Icon VS. Hutchinson

Trying to decide between three very awesome wheels.

On one hand, there is Hutchinson. An amazing company with tons of history in the off-road world, offering super cool looking and highly funtioning two-piece double beadlock wheels. Specifically looking at WA-0594 or WA-2401.

And then on the other hand, Icon Alloys come out with a new concept of innerlock bolts. keeping the outer tire bead fully secure, but with nothing to secure the inner bead. The benefits of going with this wheel though would be less weight, higher load capacity, and less cost. (I only wish they had a few other styles of wheel that had their Innerlock Technology, but for now this is the only wheel design they offer)

Love my Hutchinsons. Easy to mount and very stout. Installed the black ones on my friends Jeep as well.

I also love my Hutchinsons. You don’t have to slip the tire over the rim at all, so home install is easy.
I absolutely see benefit in the Rebounds though. I don’t think you can go wrong either way. If price is a concern, Icons seem good. If you like to install your own stuff the Hutchinsons are great for that. @DOOKEY has some double beadlocks too. Friction double beadlock by Traction offroad?
