Yikes, I would have expected better. I was considering the manual in a Rubicon, but all the research indicates that 6th gear is too TALL, my commute consists of 43 miles one way at an average speed of 40mph. In that case, I'd never get out of 3-4 gears. Any thoughts?
So far I'm averaging better in the manual, but I JUST got it. So ill have to keep you posted! I actually don't mind flipping between 3rd and 4th, keeps it simple. 1st gets you going, 2nd for cornering, 3rd-4th for cruising, 5th hwy, 6th...downhill? lol

How do you deal with the 5” TF screen?
Got the 7 with Alpine system. Looks weird right now, everything is tiny. But I use apple CarPlay so the size doesn't make a huge difference.

Can you put up a straight side shot? I have a 2 door and have been thinking about a 2" lift with 35s. I think it's the setup I'm going with just want to see how it looks

Would definitely like to hear more about how the manual drives with the 35s and 3.45 gears, both on and off road.
If around Scottsdale OP is essentially at sea level. A significant factor.

Whenever I go to PHX it's like my vehicles had a turbo installed.

Ill get a straight side shot soon. I was debating too. Actually works nice, once it settles a bit should be great.

I love those wheels. They are on my list as one of the first upgrades we’ll do to our Jeep. I’ve looked at so many aftermarket wheels and almost gave up, deciding to stay stock, until I saw them.

That's a pretty fair breakdown. I do use 6th, since my daily commute is primarily Interstate driving, but even that really only @ 60MPH+.

Even with the 33”ish inch wildpeak mts 5 is highway up to 70-75 6gear is 75-80ish other wise 6 gear is useless with the 3.45 gearing

Thats why I made the thread lol. I do LOVE the auto. But I enjoy rowing the gears and throwing in some heel toe.. even in a heavy jeep :CWL:.
We had two Hemi's with 8 speeds. Now we have one hemi with an 8 speed and a 2019 Sport S with a 6 speed and both tops. We also custom ordered.

I agree, the wheels look great! Nice Jeep.
You mentioned Chapman was good to work with. Will they deal?
I'm hoping to do better than 5-6% below invoice on a Jeep locally.
Thanks

Love the tan seats! Im a base model sport owner also with the manual trans.

Im a little confused but its whatever makes you happy at the end of the day.

I have 35s and had 3.45 gears. Never used 6th gear.

Depending on your driving and how much hwy you do, 4.56 will make it much better and help that much more while offroad.

I've bought from them before and have always had good experiences. I use their service department too since they are just down the street from me. Ill typically shop all over the valley but always end up back there. Worth a call/visit imo.

I have a Jeep so I can ride around town with no doors/top and so I can take trails out to hike/adventure. Ill miss everything the Rubi offered, but the Sport will do more than I ever need. I always got scared before the Rubi even flinched anyways.. also because it was my only vehicle lol.

You're probably right. Luckily any hwy I typically use is pretty flat. But I'm sure that will be on my wishlist soon!

@cktlarge I second this opinion of those wheels. The Jeep looks great. Are those similar specs as the stock wheels, or a wider wheel like an 17 x 8.5?
Thank you!

"The Mopar Slotted Off-Road wheel comes in a 17x8.5 size with a 5.22 inch backspace (+12mm offset)"

The finish is nice, not too shiny.
