I need opinions on Katzkin seats. My head hurts.

So I got a set of Katzkin seats and I absolutely love them. However, there was a little mixup on the color of the logo stitching. I intended to order all red stitching but the logo came in blue. They are willing to remedy the issue and redo the seat backs with the logo in red, but I'm now kind of torn. The blue has grown on me a bit, it just wasn't what I was expecting. Thoughts? (p.s. I know this is very subjective but I need a few more opinions.)

I think it looks great as is. The superman thing isn't my cup of tea, but this is the first set of aftermarket leather seats on a Jeep I've seen that I like, and the blue Rubicon looks right at home.

do these go over the original seat covers or replace them?

full replacement. I’ve had covers in the past and these are completely different. They look and feel better than factory IMHO

The red stitching that comes with Rubicons and this thread in general is why I didn't order a Rubicon.

Wish they would let you match the stitching as a factory option. So stupid to force the red.

That looks good. Only reason I didn’t go with all blue was the existing red stitching that I wanted to match.

I’m curious if anyone has installed the vented seat option from Katzkin. I’m tempted but don’t want to lose any comfort in the seat cushion area.

I'll be the contrary one and say the blue stitching on the logo makes the red stitching elsewhere look like the mistake. I'd let them fix it if they're offering to.

I also think the blue looks good, real good actually. But now I would want to have the headrest stitchng changed to blue, as it now looks out of place.

most likely an owner of an 4Xe.. i think their stitching is blue throughout.

At first I thought yuck but seeing the tie in with steering wheel stitch and blue on door jams I actually think that might be a “happy accident” !
