There's a portion of the forum specifically dedicated to political discussion. Needless to say the owners of the forum don't want the general sections to devolve into political scat throwing, and put up a side section specifically for that activity.

I get that but it puts the kabosh on any snide remark I choose to make about the clowns on the left. Not looking for political discussion, just want to lob the occasional insult !
