Every truck I’ve owned I was weekly. Even in winter I garage wash. Winter I hose off the trucks also cause of that crazy spray they use for anti skid in my are.
I find if u wash weekly it takes less time.
I paint correct, polish, seal 2 times a year with a sealant. I used to top with a wax But the sealants now are so good I get an easy 6-8 months out of them with my weekly wash and then spray seal. That extra layer of spray seal on top of the boy early sealant really helps. A weekly wash takes me 90 mins but it’s cause I enjoy it. It’s my unwind time from a days work in the garage while I listen to music.
I will say being my first Jeep it’s a bear to wash efficiently. So many nooks and crannies. Areas u can’t get to. Maybe cause it’s new to me. But it’s taking me longer than my Tahoe.
