As most are aware our Wranglers have bubbling paint issues at door hinges, hood hinges and hood and door edges. Of course mine has had three different places. Door hinges, leading edge of hood and a passenger door edge.
Here's my complaint. So after many pictures of the hood and door they seem to be approved for repairs. But no, that's not the case. The body shop tells me to bring it in this last Friday. So I did. And in the past 5 days my Jeep has not moved. Called for a status update. Nothing has been done and "waiting for approval". 100% bull. Told them to get an update with guarantee complete date for Friday or I'm going to come get it today.
It's pretty sad that I have to become an ass and set a fire under their asses to get things done.
Why do these people not realize we need our vehicles back soon??? And if things get delayed then call people and give them a status update!!!
Sorry for the rant
