I got an unsolicited escalation...should i be excited?..

So I was simply doing my weekly check with jeep cares, and the rep said " Im going to flag your order for escalation. Im not complaining, but my order was 7\15. I wasn't going to escalate myself until maybe on week 8 but hey...move it right along buddy! Are they about to start cranking these puppies out asap??...or is it more smoke up my ass?.....

I even called my dealer and told him what I was Informed. He never even heard of escalation. He also said he never heard of jeep cares!...I know more about what's going on than this bozo....sheesh

This happened to me in June (unsolicited escalation). It’s good because you’ll receive a few emails when your Jeep status changes in a meaningful way. On the other hand, my Jeep still fell off the radar with no status for 5-6 weeks as it fluctuated between D and D1 status.
