Is there something on jeep.com that gives you the status code and date/time? I haven’t seen it.

From what I’ve seen, where JG really shines is after the vehicle goes into shipping status. It shows every step along the journey. Good luck finding that on jeep.com, but if you’ve found that magic bullet - please share with the rest of us.

Chatting with jeep customer service is different than going on jeep.com and trying to find your status. Totally different things. Jeep.com offers nothing that I’m aware of. Emailing or chatting with customer service is not a self-service capability. IMO.

You will get a VERY detailed build sheet from them too, like 4 pages. Probably something your dealer would say "HTF did you get this?" to. This is limited to the two highest membership levels though, I think.
