Okay so let begin with this is not a big deal to me and am more or less just curious if other people have the same experience.

My heater and AC feels like it is either full hot or cold no in between. The other day it was around 65 degrees and I had dual climate zones on the face blaster vents. I had my side set to C and the passenger side to 70 and it felt like the same temp.

Conversely sometimes setting it to 70 especially in the mornings when it's cooler 70 feels like full hot.

I normally will have it set to 70 out of habit and when I'm getting blasted by the furnace I'll turn it down to maybe 65ish before any noticeable changes but then it just goes to full AC cold setting.

Hi ArizonaJLUR,
We can see why this might be inconvenient, and hope to see this resolved for you. We do recommend bringing this to the attention of your dealer- feel free to reach out to us privately for any additional support!

I've noticed the EXACT same problem over the last week while using my heat here in Michigan - I also have a 2019 JLU. I'm worried that dealer "won't be able to recreate the issue," and I'll have to pay a lot of money for the dealer for checking this out. Is there a recall or service bulletin for this? Please let me know what I should do... either in this thread or through a direct message. Thank you, JeepCares.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, MotownJLU.
I understand your hesitation on having your vehicle diagnosed. Unfortunately our team is unable to assist without an appointment made with your dealer. If you do choose to have this looked into further, please reach out to our team via PM for assistance.

This is similarly happening in my 2020 JLU, only my heat will stop blowing hot and the passenger side will blow cool when I have the vents set to bi-level coming out of the front facing vents and the foot well area. My dealer did a software update on the blend doors apparently but I've noticed that it is back to doing it again.

I had the same issue on my 2019 JLUR and after the dealership looked at it, they recommend i use the auto setting with the temperature i want. Ever since they, its great! I would try using the auto setting to see if that helps.

Hello lympy5,
We are sorry to hear that your concern has returned. To clarify, when was your most recent diagnosis with the dealer? If your most recent appointment was in the last two weeks, or if youā€™re willing to head back to your dealer again, we would be more than happy to escalate a case on your behalf so that a Case Specialist can work alongside your dealer to find a potential solution. Please follow up with me here with how you plan to proceed at your earliest convenience.
