They’re also going after Oceano dunes, etc.

Was just out at Hungry Valley last week and heading to Oceano this week.

I just recently heard about them trying to slowly phase out areas. That would be a bummer since California offers so many great offroad spots.

Last week I was exploring Santa Barabra Canyon Road and side trails(Dry canyon) up to a abandon lookout @ https://www.google.com/maps/place/C...7f770b287fe82!8m2!3d34.7538838!4d-119.4754171

This Friday I was back in https://www.google.com/maps/place/R...78b89f2f8e03b!8m2!3d34.6794216!4d-119.3082619 area just looking around. This mid-week I am going up into the Pine Mountain Club area. There is a pretty amazing old Forest Service building back in the area... https://www.google.com/maps/place/C...96595b6f6dbe5!8m2!3d34.8308196!4d-119.2034626 that does not show up on google earth. I am going to take photos and try and post them on google earth.
