9000 miles on Hazel now.

She started at ~22 and has settled in @ 24 the last few weeks in blended driving with 70% being 60-70mph highway. Running 87 octane fuel.

Around 22 with mixed driving. During my trip to Wyoming and Utah...was getting 26-28. The turbo seems to like higher altitude.

Reading 22.1 on my Willys XR. I'm at approx. 2,900 miles. I hand calculated at the pump this week for about 11.7 gallons used and it came out to 21.4 mpg. I'm at approx. 500 ft above sea level.

You’re in the zone. I average low to mid twenties locally and high twenties on the highway and legal speeds. MPG’s will drop above 75 pretty fast😏

17.7 using 87 octane currently with mixed Highway and City driving @ 4500-5000’ elevation, will switch back to premium when it comes back under $5 a gallon

Just switched from 34’s to 37’s and took about a 1 MPG hit. I’ll be regearing to 4.88 when the new axles go in in 2 weeks
This is in a 20’ 2.0 Sport with the 3.45 gearing with about 105lb per tire/wheel combo

Even when I had the stock 32” on it I was right around 20mpg

20 mpg average on my 2-door Rubicon with stock tires using 87 octane. Goes down to 18 mpg when I use 93 octane.

Pink Jeeps still clicking along between 26 and 27 mpg on 87 and 88 octane here in Wisconsin
3.45 gears, still factory tires about 32"
You guys are giving me a sorta fear of whats to come when we go bigger with the lift and tires but I figure if I get new tires may as well go big, unsure what 37" will do and I may need to manually shift it up on the highway from what I read here..... but still on the fence between 35" and 37" and another post shows I can't regear the 3.45 without whole new axles so that aint happening
Probably "happy middle" it and do 35"

I just read another thread where a fella mentioned his SPG (Smiles Per Gallon)

These Wranglers do deliver on that like few other vehicles.

While the wife is OK with me having the Jeep overall, she gets irritated with the constant, non-stop thumbs up, honks, random bath toys left on it and the neverending shouts of "I luv your Jeep", "That's a sharp ride", "That color is awesome", etc.

Young kids love it,
Teenagers want it,
and old people respect it.

Me, well, to me it's just a vehicle.
I don't drive around in it like I'm the shit (Trust me soooo many around here do)
It's just a vehicle that meets my needs at this time in my life.

Is it pretty cool to drive around topless in the summer and pretend like it's not hot when its 100° out and then be able to lock it in come winter and -10° and blast through snow, sure. Very versatile vehicle.

Remember I came from a pedestrian Chevy getting 16MPG and never had anyone comment on it, so this is weird for me.

Also, this Turbo is fun AF to drive!!!

We took my 2-door '18 Sport on a getaway to RI. Stock 3.45 gears, Rubi springs/shocks/33" K02s. Computer was showing 23.2 after my trip home (refilled before we left, about 150-200ish miles driven). Average speed about 65 mph, wouldn't drive it much faster as the roads were full of construction, potholes, and curves. Might take it down the shore one day this week, will report back again with the MPG and SPG. :) It's a much straighter drive with faster traffic so we'll see.

I was averaging around 19-20mpg on my daily commute (stock two door rubicon) running 93 octane until about 8,500 miles on the nose. The engine must have finished breaking in because it almost immediate shot up 1-2mpg.

Now my overall weight is roughly the same as stock but the Warn ZEON 10S and winch plate come in around 100 pounds of added weight all up front and I lost that small mpg gain post break in. Still get 19-20 in mixed city/highway without breaking a sweat, though!

Approaching 9000 miles on mine with avg mpgs in the 24/25 range. I notice the mileage drops off pretty sharply at speeds over 65.
