How was your 392 insurance premiums?

Keep in mind, insurance has an algorithm developed by NASA. Throwing out $ / time will vary by state, age, gender, marital status, bundling factors (is auto combined w house), driving history, etc.
Agree shopping around is the best bet. But if you are single, 18, male, rent an apartment, and have a 'rough' driving history - you will never get near the cost of those on the other end of the spectrum.

Fair...you probably aren't in the demographic that buys a 392, but you get the point...

67. Never had a claim. not a speeding ticket or any kind of ticket for over 40 years. Drive around 15-18k a year. Our 392 costs $941 per year. Mountians of Montana. (We drive for an hour before we get to the first stop sign). Milk is 1-1/2 hour away.

I have uninsured motorist property damage.
I get 20% above bluebook/NADA in the event my 392 is totaled.
Car replacement assistance.
Rental Reimbursement, Towing & Labor, Work Loss, Accidental Death Benefits, Medical Expense, etc...

The significantly less Bluebook value on my 2016 Cherokee actually costs more for insurance with the exact same coverages.

You are getting the shaft, ours is less than $80 bucks a month, ive Got 2021 392, 2020 can-cam defender, and our 2014 DRV for $140 a month with full coverage 300k/300k/100k limits with a 5m umbrella. Geico TN and TX

Just dont let Geico know that you have mods like a winch, or take it offroad.

They will absolutely drop you and are well known for this.

Picking up my 392 tomorrow, happy happy. My 18 JLUR currently cost $1450 per year, full coverage with 250k/500k liability. The 392 cost a whopping $2770 a year….. it’s even more than a G63 ????????? Why? Because its so new? Or it’s mopar muscle car?

My insurance company (Geico) quoted me $283 per six months for the incoming 392. But, I have about a half dozen cars insured through them, I'm old but not so old that I can't drive, and I haven't had an at-fault accident in over 40 years, or a speeding ticket. So, I may be in a rarified environment. Sometimes getting old and staying off the radar can be a good thing. Just waiting for my McDonald's senior discount now....

They have the most annoying, terrible insurance commercials on tv imho. Stupid Emu, bad DJ, bad actor… so annoying! Makes me not want to buy insurance from them even if they were the cheapest.

I am at slightly under $400 for 6 months. 250/500/100. 1k deductibles. Clean record. 3 vehicles with 1 driver. State of Michigan which has the highest auto rates in the country.

I am in the most insurance state in the Union, wonderful New Jersey.

Just picked up my 2022 392XR and here is my USAA policy. I have a company car so only drive the Jeep less than 7,000 miles per year and my deductible is $1,000 not $500.

My 2014 JKU was $1,200. Make SURE the insurance company is including the Brake Assist, all those lane changing/safety apps lol and the Guardian theft tracking which is part of the UConnect.

I don’t have a 392 but I was surprised that my insurance quoted me 20$ less a month for my JL Rubicon being built than my current VW worth less than 14K$. 106$ a month for 500k$ per person medical and 1M$ for property and a 500$ deductible.
