Really if you are going to use a battery gen, the best way to do it is;
Put rear 12v jeep outlet fuse in the fuse box outlet that is keyed.
Plug the battery into 12v jeep outlet. Plug fridge into 12v battery outlet.
Leave them both plugged in for however long you want. You cannot kill Jeep battery like this. Assuming the battery gen has pass thru charging, which I "think" Jackery does.
Any use of the 120v other then plugged into the wall at a house is wasting energy. It wastes power to take 12v and turn it into 120v, just to drop it back to 12v.
