Sorry you have to sell. I found my local dealership offered me a few thousand more than any of the online sites for my car. Definitely shop around.

I got my car priced with all the websites out there but I'm taking it to a dealer to see if they are willing to match my highest offer or at least get close to it. I would rather deal in person and get a certified check from a dealer right there vs. handing everything to some guy and waiting for a check to come in the mail. that just makes me nervous.

I can attest to AutoNation "offering" more. I saw this reply and entered my vehicle info in that I have been offering to CMax and Vroom over the last six months. Both of them bounced around in price by around $5k in that period.

I sent in my info on my car to ANation....10 minutes later got a call (annoying) and an email (2021 fellas) and their initial offer beat both CMax and Vroom by $3k. I sent in pics and additional info and they are making an offer $5k over their initial offer now.

But again, I cannot attest to conducting an actual transaction but they certainly have my attention now and I am meeting them with the vehicle this Friday.
