I bought a used steel bumper, with scratched fog light bezels.I don't have the factory bumper, but it doesn't look difficult at all. The bezels are #8 below. It looks as though you'd have to remove the end caps (#9) in the illustration, and you may need rivets. Were the originals damaged?

If I drill them out, are they rendered useless? And I’ll have to buy new rivers? There are two plastic rivets on the side, all you need to do just drill them out in the middle, and then the cover just holding by some clips, just need to pop it out.
Yes... you'd have to replace the rivets... they're one-time use only. Your local Harbor Freight would have them in assorted sizes, and you'd need a rivet gun. They're inexpensive and worth having; you may find yourself using it often for other possible modifications. If I drill them out, are they rendered useless? And I’ll have to buy new rivers?
