how to get my GSDs to fit in my Plug in Hybrid Jeep Wrangler 2023

Hi fellow wrangler owners who has big dogs. I have 2 german shepherd dogs that we are struggling to fit in our jeep. we have a hardtop and the rear side windows are not sliding open. my boys are around 100+lbs each and they cannot sit comfortably in the middle seat. they love to put their head out the window so we don’t want to put them in the back. any options much appreciated!

I forget who makes it, but there is a platform/storage box that replaced the bench seat. It would pretty much open the whole back up for them. I think those rear windows can also be modified to open.

You're talking about the windows in the doors right? The windows in the hard top are fixed and not removable.

Only the Sky One-Touch roof has rear windows that are removable, the sides of the soft top can also be removed, the Hard top rear windows are not removable.

This isn't the one that I saw, but it might do the trick with a good blanket over top. look for sleeping platforms or seat deletes

That probably won't work very well with the 4Xe battery.

I fit two GSDs, their water, kibble, my photography gear and a couple of days of luggage into the back of my '19 JKLU without any issues. Both dogs are belted in using a harness.

This is for a JK, but something similar to this looks like a good option. I don't have time to search for a JL version ATM. Any slider that fits should be able to be installed in the widow/framework.

I presume you can’t fold the seats flat because it’s a 4xe and the battery is in the way? How far will it go down? I got a RR platform and a cargo box, so my two GSDs can have the whole back and everything else is in the luggage box.
