How to buff out abrasions in bumper

The wife scraped against some bricks while parking. What is the best way to buff out the abrasions?
Plot twist: the bumper is treated with CeraKote.

Being that the bumper has a textured surface, there is not much you can do. I have had a little luck minimizing the scrape appearance with an over indulgence of 303 or Armor-all.

You're technically painting the coating. Not the bumper. So most anything will stick to the coating.
