I forget the exact numbers but it was 8% below invoice. Are you looking at 2 identically equipped sports? Options on these things can make the difference of several thousand dollars. These things hold their value so well that buying one used doesn't really make a lot of sense.
8% below invoice? So close to 15% below the Monroni window sticker?, You did very well indeed.... there must have been some kind of factory money to make that possible.

Peterson's in Idaho. Pretty well known deal here on the forums. Kent and his team are amazing to deal with. I drove almost 7 hours to pick it up.

2018 Sport S - $70K. So will be easy to swap to 392. Just kidding :)

Bought used with under 10k miles for $30K. Then the real $$$ started (just empty every pocket).

That's a great deal, when my 2018 base sport 2D with LSD (33k msrp) got totaled it had about 14k miles on it, I got 32,000 for it from the insurance.

Was a decent deal with Mopar lift and 33s already.

It definitely depends on options but that seems like a lot.

2019 JL Wrangler Sport S 3.6L Auto 2 door, 2.5" lift, 35s
I got my almost new (926 miles), 2019 Sport S 3.6L Auto 2 door Hard-Top, with the Winter Package for $29K. Window sticker was $37K.

Original owner brought it back with a dark EVIC cluster. After almost 3 month wait for a replacement, the dealer settled and put her in a different unit. However, the dealership's service, in their infinite wisdom, eventually put in a wrong cluster, one configured for a Sahara.

The new cluster then indicated that the Auto Head Lamps Needs Service message. Unfortunately there is no such circuitry in the Sport. Eventually I think they simply wanted this Sport off their lot. I was only too happy to take it off their hands for an $8K write-off.

Also I just recently had a different dealership replace the cluster yet again with the properly configured unit under warranty.

With the savings, I installed a lift and 35s. Life is good.

I think my MSRP was $55k or a few bucks under and I paid $49k for it.
I paid a similar amount for my ‘20. I think it stickered for about $55.5k. Someone bought it new, was told “no” by the wife, and traded it in to Land Rover with under 75 miles on it. No dual top, only hard top, and no leather. Otherwise loaded, but Wranglers are popular in greater Seattle area. . .
