How long does it take to build a Rubicon?

Hi, new to the site. Just had a question since so many in here have bought jeeps.

I paid a down payment back on December 17th 2021 for a 2022 Jeep Rubicon. I got an email not long after that in February saying that the jeep will be ready by March 17th, 2022. It's now almost mid June and it's still in the ordering stage. Is this normal? My fiancé put a down payment on hers 2 days prior and she has been driving hers for a month now. It's a Sahara. It did come with a missing piece to the body which was very noticeable and after driving it off the lot, the next day the dealership had to come out and tighten a screw which they called an emergency. I've called my salesman and Jeep but nothing materializes. It's going to be 2023 before I get my 2022..lol Anyone experiencing similiar issues?

It takes approximately one "shift" of eight hours to manufacture a Jeep Wrangler, whether it is a Sport or Rubicon. So, basically, it takes a day (regular work day).

Rubicon JLU Diesel ordered 3/3/22. It has shipped with an estimated arrival of 7/4/22.... Mine was quick for some unknown reason.

8 hours to build a jeep? Wow. Toyota builds their trucks in San Antonio in under a minute. It's good to here they spend longer on it, might be a better quality.

Don't confuse the takt time - the time interval of cars coming off the end of the line - with the total time the vehicle spends on the line. An assembly line will have hundreds of vehicles on it. In the example you cited, it takes about six+/- hours to assemble the vehicle, but it spends no more than one minute in each work zone.
