Edit: Good point @Shibadog, I saw diesel in the title and my brain turned off.
On my JLUR diesel - I think around 400 miles for me, all freeway, probably using cruise control at 73mph.

2 dr or 4 dr, and engine will all play into this. When I fill my JL 2.0 I typically see a 340-380 mile DTE. I usually refuel around 300 because I don’t like running one down too low.

~450 miles driving from Mammoth to San Diego. 2L LJU sport on 33's. Tipical on long drives was 400-430. Will see in a couple more day how rubicon axles, 2" lift and 35 gonna effect it.

My 2022 Sahara, 3.6 Manual transmission I get between 430 - 450 miles out of a tank. But to do this I have to become everything I dislike about driving. Slow acceleration, driving the speed limit. People probably feel the same way about me as I do about Prius drivers. It always seems like they go reeaallly slow. But with gas prices where they are it works out. I average right around 24 mpg.

Just curious what is the farthest you guys have gone, on a single tank.

I wish I could answer this question, but it's been my habit for many years now to fill the tank when it reaches half, or just less than half. There's any number of ways that I like to test myself, but flirting with the Low Fuel Warning light isn't one of them.

I will say that with a full tank, my calculated RTE is usually ~540 miles with summer-blend 91 octane (I think my record was 560 miles.) The 2.0T, coupled with my daily driving use plan, does pay dividends.

Farthest on a single tank was 400 miles last October on my way to Moab. I kept looking for the "low fuel" warning light but it never came on. I filled up with just under 16 gallons, so the warning was about ready to light up.

When I'm not on a road trip, I fill up when the gauge reads 1/2.
