How does everyone mount their cell phones?

Wait, that's a key holder? I LITERALLY thought that was a slot for a cell phone... and thusly..... now i feel stupid.

Get the F out of here. The salesman even told me it was a phone holder when I picked the darned jeep up.

Yesterday I hooked up an IOttie wireless charger to a 67 Designs mount, and installed a dual USB port in the dash tray next to the mount. Besides the short usb cable between the charger and the port, I have a clean, wire free center console with a wireless charger that works with any newer smart phone.

Does this hook up to your CarPlay?

I had been using the ProClip hd mount for the last year. And it worked well. I wanted to simply things a bit and no longer use my iPad for nav. I used the ram mounts from the proclip setup. They fit right in and secure with 3 screws.

Ah, I’m jut not in disagreement about putting the iPhone into the console.

I control things through Siri. Just a personal preference.

I posted the link because some folks done know Siri is a requirement for CarPlay to work.
