I usually just hang it from the grab bar.

for my normal cell phone, I bought several different mounts before I cried and pushed the buy now button on 67 Design. I wish I would have bought the 67 Design stuff first.

Some states have laws that don't allow anything above the level of the dash so that there is no quibbling about what is in view. And distracted driving laws don't allow add on distractions. Also many states don't allow any stickers, unless government issued, on any window. Good reason for the laws but also gives cops a valid reason to pull over vehicles to search for drugs, guns, warrants, etc. Seem to have heard there are places in GA where that happens a lot. Even if someone isn't in those categories getting pulled over isn't a fun experience.

With that logic those states should ban Mazdas that has a nav screen protruding out of the middle of the dash.

I'm not the person you asked but I have that same mount. Here is a link to the one I bought. There are different sizes to fit a wide variety of phones.

It's a great, simple mount that just works really well. All the RAM Mounts stuff is really good - or at least that's been my experience.

I wanted a mount that charges wirelessly yet holds my phone on the bumping trails. Magnetic mounts haven't worked for me. Phone has been tossed in all directions. Finally found an amazing mount. I just hope it lasts at least a year, preferrably 2 years. It automatically clamps the phone and then will fast charge it wirelessly. the bottom support can be adjusted to get the phone centered perfectly. I purchased it off Amazon (link below). I wanted to mount it on my Proclip phone mount so I ordered a 17mm ball mount also. To give the charger a cleaner look I attached a U shaped charging cable and this keeps the cable from sticking out and getting caught on something. Charger comes with a vent mount and a suction mount. I have never had much luck with suction cups and the vent clip seemed to stick out too far close to steering wheel. Proclip mount and the 17mm ball mount below are perfect!!!! Wrangler owners.......the solution has arrived........

I live in GA. As far as I know we only have the hands free law. We can mount A phone anywhere we like.

Yep. I tried at first not doing that and just using the one screw. Was fine until I tried to adjust the arm higher. Once all screwed in it’s so solid! Even the bounciest trails that things not moving
