Underwear, I don't wear no stinkin underwear!

Not since 1967, combat soldiers do not wear underwear. WHY? Heat rash so bad you cannot believe it and yes even in the dead of winter when temps are in the low teens. We travel cross country at 3-5 miles an hour (depending upon terrain) and our uniforms will ice over from sweat which comes from our 150 lb average load. It's a 'Straight Leg' Infantry thing, you might not understand.
