How do you open the cap to the Coolant reservoir if I need to add or maintain coolant?
I get only clicks when I tried to turn it anti-clockwise. Also added some gentle pressure to try to open it like a medicine bottle cap. There is a notch on one of the sides of the cap. Does it require a flat screw driver to pull it out. I don't want to try this and damage the cap.
I feel like an idiot asking this. :)

And what does the circular sign below the part number mean? Does it mean not to turn clockwise or means something else?

This is from the owner's manual for my 2020 2.0L.
I am more confused after reading this.

The cap has a small opening along the perimeter, turn it until it lines up with the same opening on the reservoir. Insert the flat head in the hole (do not pry it up), and turn the cap and it'll release and open.

Use the prescribed Mopar OAT coolant.
