Those issues are from the first release, the new kits have the fix attached.

I just received my Mopar kit yesterday. The first thing I checked was the spring pads. I've got the revised pads, but the first thing I noticed was how flimsy they are and how it seems like there is no way those can support the Jeeps weight...
That's what I'm not sure of, as the above quote is from yesterday.

Received my lift the first week of June, wasn't sure what was going to happen with the factory spring pad or it's replacement so I went with the RK fix.
Don't really have any good photo's. There are some and more info on the Mopar spring bow thread.

We still haven't been entirely happy with the spring position even in the newer kits. We've continued to install the RK pads even on the latest Mopar kits. It's a cheap addition and they look better and work great.
