Correct, the Rubicon will be less due to the limited space on the hoot. Somewhere around 40-50 watts most likely. We will maximize the design as much as possible!

How easy is it for someone to just walk up cut the wires and remove it?

Totally! One of the great benefits to this system is it completely reduces hood glare by absorbing all the sun's rays!

It would be very difficult to steal as the panel is stuck on the hood very securely with 3M double sided adhesive. Unless you really know what you are doing it would be very tough to get off. This is one of the reasons we opted for adhesive instead of magnets for the panels.

What's it take to get it off without paint/hood damage once applied? Even the best panels can be damaged and/or eventually die over time, etc.

Offering it without the controller as an option will be key. Many people are already running a system for solar (like the Victron units). People will be turned off to spend money on something they don't need.

Also, anxiously awaiting the TJ hood version.
