I need a hitch mounted bike rack, it just needs to hold a max of 2 bikes. But I would like it to be able to fold down so I can open the trunk. And I would prefer the style that secures the bike by the frame and tires, not the style where the bike is hanging and the wheels are free/loose. Any suggestions?

I ordered this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001VO1YY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . I originally ordered it when I had my Grand Cherokee so when I got the Wrangler I just had to remove the bottom steal bar, drill 2 holes and turn it upside down so the pedals clear the spare tire. It does fold down and also comes with a nice bolt that holds it from rocking side to side and clunking over bumps. Holds the bikes nice and secure so far without issue.
