Looks good. I got one at 60 in my Crown Vic once upon a time and had to get the hood, pass fender pass door, radiator, windshield tons of stuff fixed. That jeep took it like a champ.

Did you check in the back?It was 11:30pm on a desserted interstate. I pulled over but could not find it anywhere. I must have flung it off in a ditch somewhere because i can't believe it survived that.
I want that car he was driving!!! (I once had a '69 Coronet Convertible, with factory A/C, and a 383!)Did you check in the back?
Ha ha, it's been a while hasn't it? No "airbag sensor" anymore. There used to be sensors mounted along the front of the vehicle, that sensed impact like you mention. That's been quite a while ago though. Modern airbags are controlled by the computer which monitors a lot of things other than just a single point contact like the old sensors.I worked auto claims for a few decades. ... ...Would have been much different if he'd gone through the radiator or hit an airbag sensor....
Nah, a glancing blow like that won't trigger the airbags. If it had been a more direct shot, the airbags likely would have deployed though.Did your airbag pop? I’d think a 70mph hit on anything, especially a deer would pop the airbag.
Airbag sensors work based on sudden deceleration. A glancing blow to a deer would not be sufficient to set it off.Did your airbag pop? I’d think a 70mph hit on anything, especially a deer would pop the airbag.
Just here to appreciate this comment! Lol...Looking at the last picture I’d say you knocked the $#!t out of that deer.
