Can you elaborate on what happened? I live just a few miles from Prosper CDJR. It sure doesn’t seem like a very smart thing to do to their reputation when they’re a brand new dealership.

Ordered a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on 11/8/21 from Shottenkirk Prosper CDJR, agreed on a price and gave a $1000 deposit. Vehicle was built and being delivered 1/5-1/18. Just found out Dealership decided not to honor the price and wanted to raise the sales price $5,000. Filing a complaint with Chrysler and others. Chris Grady, General Manager hung up on me, butthead.

oh yes, you left out the BBB, Texas attorney General, TxDMV dealer complaint page, Chrysler Corp, Dealer Rater, every site on google I can find to review I'm doing it.

I'm retired, I've got lots of time, watch this, hold my beer.

I forgot, I contacted all the consumer advocates on the local tv stations in Dallas. You never know.....

That has got to be infuriating. If you want to try ordering again and don't want to travel too far - we had a good experience with Mark Roberts at Classic Jeep in Denton. I forget the number but he gave us a couple of percent under MSRP on an order.

I appreciate the tip. I think I'll go with Gupton in Tennessee. They appear to be stand up people. Just lost some time is all, start the process over. Looks like you had a great time at hidden falls. ?
