Hi lift mount

Has anyone mounted their hi lift jack under the rear seat in a JLU? I like the idea of keeping it in my vehicle. Not keen on having it mounted on top of the roll bar. Figured under the seat would be a good location.

Under the seat means you can not fold the seat down. I am still waiting on a part that will allow me to mount mine on the Poison Spyder tire carrier.

It is not something I would carry on a daily basis, no need. Only when hitting the trails.

I just throw mine under there and bungee it to the seat uprights.

Mines just slid under the rear seat, the emergency cold weather gear I have stuffed under there keeps it from moving around.

Yes, you remove the jack when off trail and the only part that remains is the small jack bracket.
