Due to trade in, I would have about 3k negative equity.

Now I'm planning to get 36month lease jlu sport s.

Would you please give me any idea about lease pricing?

I will put zero down which means total price will be selling price of jlu + 3k.

What payment should I expect..?

It’s going to be real hard to answer your question without model of JL, MSRP on JLU, negotiated price, miles/yr, money factor, taxes etc. You would be better off downloading a lease calculator or looking on leasehackr once you have all those numbers on hand.
Very off hand, I would say $450 plus maybe even $500 but you need to get more info.

Who’s giving you the trade in value? Dealer? If so go to carmax and see what they give you. Also check nada.com, Edmunds.com, kbb.com, etc.

Being upside down on a trade in for a lease sounds like a truck load of bad ideas all rolled into one. As some others have said take a look at other options to sell the car out right and really look into the advantages and disadvantages or buying vs leasing. If you are paying MSRP it may not be as big of a deal but getting a brand new JLU at 5% invoice should put you a bit ahead if you are buying vs. leasing based on my calculations.

FYI. Bring your trade in to a few different dealers. I traded in my Jeep GC and got a big difference in trade in value. One dealer wanted to give me $27,500, another said $29,500 and two other dealers were giving me $33,000. It was a pain to run around to a few dealers but well worth it in the end. The dealer that got my business gave me one of the best trade in value with giving me the highest discount on the new Jeep.

As well...I'm not sure you CAN roll over negative equity into a lease...it would be easier on loan, but there will certainly be a cap on how much you can put in a lease.
