Guys I need some help with my Tazer.

I have used in flawlessly for a long time. All of a sudden the ESS is not staying pushed. I tried unmarking it. I tried updating it to the most recent version. When I marry it back up all the settings to be there. I make all my adjustments but then when I go to do a full reboot is just says 149 and doesn't count down or reboot.

The ESS is still not remembering the setting as well.

Let us know if you receive a response. I submitted a ticket and texted them yesterday on another issue.

So this is where we are.

Late Monday they sent me this link to do these things.
https://www.zautomotive.com/fixmytazerjl/

I tried all of that and it did not work. I sent another email Tuesday morning and just now someone replied to me text (sent email and text same time on Sunday). They said the issue can be with the 2 small plugs. I disconnected the two small plugs and plugged them back it and voila it is all working. I can only assume that when off-roading they become loose or something.

All is good.
